1 on 1 Personal training– This is the best choice for beginners or those who need instruction on how to perform basic movements correctly and most importantly, safely. All 1 on 1 packages begin with a consultation and evaluation to see what areas the trainee needs improvement on to help build a balanced and functional physique. My sessions usually range from 45 minutes to one hour depending on the program.
One Time Meal and Workout Plan Consultation- This selection is for those who have a certain goal in mind for the next 16 weeks and would like a solution specific to their choosing. An initial consultation will be held via phone call or text to determine the needs of the individual. *Pricing comes with one revision to initial plan.
Online Personal Training- Online personal training has become wildly popular in recent years. It includes: progress check-ins, an online interface for tracking your workouts and nutrition, and even a built in messenger. It allows the trainer to give feedback and guidance to clients for a fraction of in person pricing. It also isn’t dependent on the schedule of the client and trainer meeting at the same time, making it much more flexible for the client.
